Mango-Tea Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

4 teaspoons genmaicha tea or any other green tea or rooibos
1 ripe mango

Preparation

Bring 1/2 litre of water to a light boil and remove immediately from the heat. Pour it over the tea and let it infuse for 1 minute. Then filter and let the tea cool. (rooibos can infuse longer with boiling water).
Cut the mango into cubes. Put them in a centrifuge or mix and then filter the juice obtained.
Mix the juice and tea and set aside in the refrigerator. Allow to cool for 1 hour before serving.

Tips

Genmaicha is a Japanese green tea (sencha), added to roasted rice and popcorn, which gives it that delicious nutty taste and a sweet - bitter flavor.
Rooibos is a very tasty herbal tea devoid of caffein, an excellent alternative for a 100% healthy cocktail. We recommend an organic Genmaicha or Rooibos
